Leadership

Have integrity.
It’s one of those words that gets thrown around a lot, but to me, it’s pretty simple: Whether you’re in the digital space or on the backstep of a fire engine, the work only matters if you’re doing it with integrity.
That doesn’t mean being perfect. It means being honest. It means doing the right thing even when no one’s watching, and owning it when you mess it up.
Some of the best leaders I’ve ever worked with weren’t wearing bugles. They were the ones who showed up with consistency, humility, and accountability, every single day.
You don’t need a title to set the tone.
If you walk with integrity, people notice, and more often than not, they follow.
